Melissa is the proud owner and Nurse Practitioner at Genesis Health & Wellness Center, where she is dedicated to promoting health and wellness within the community.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and her Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2019, both from The University of Texas at Arlington. She began her career in nursing working in labor and delivery at Parkland Hospital, which ignited her passion for making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

At Genesis Health & Wellness Center, Melissa focuses on a holistic approach to health, emphasizing preventive care, lifestyle modifications, and patient education. She is particularly passionate about medical weight loss, anti-aging therapies, hormone optimization, sexual health, and finding the root causes of health problems. Melissa works closely with patients to develop personalized wellness plans that cater to their unique needs.

With her extensive experience in primary care and internal medicine, Melissa is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their health. She is excited to lead Genesis Health & Wellness Center and looks forward to partnering with patients on their journey to optimal health.
